EVENT RENTAL

Corporate Events, Workshops, Birthday Parties, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Graduation Parties,  Anniversary Celebrations, Retirement Parties, Gender Reveal Parties, Holiday Parties* and much more! For up to 75 guests only.

If reserving for a Micro Wedding, MUST be 50 guests or less.

4 HOUR PACKAGE 
6AM-10AM | 12PM- 4PM | 6PM-10PM
*Extra hours may not be added and times may not be changed

Tuesday-Friday: $1800

 

4 HR PACKAGE INCLUDES: 

  • Exclusive use of the venue for 4 hours

  • Climate control indoor venue

  • Choice of round or rectangular tables

  • Choice of black, white or champagne color tablecloths  

  • Wooden lime wash chairs 

  • Sweetheart table and cake table

  • Choice of black, white or gold charges

  • Choice of black or ivory napkins

  • Table layout set up

  • Prep catering kitchen

  • Outside vendors allowed (with approval)

  • Bar set-up 

  • BYO alcohol*

  • On site facility Manager

  • Sound system

  • Projector

  • End of event cleaning services

Holidays are an additional $1000 added to your event rental

*TABC bartender is required to serve alcohol
